Same steroids can be used again and again ??
HELLO PPL
im 24 5'7 210 lbs bf approx. b/w 15-20%
i hv donw dbol only cycle last year and an 8 week sustagain 325 cyle finished this feb. finished my pct 2weeks ago , pretty much kept my gains except on quads .
i wanted to know tht here i hv only these steroids available - dbol , deca , testoviron 250 , sustanon .
i wanted to know if i could use only these steroids for rest of my life and still have good gains.
i m asking this beacuse i read somewhere that using same sterois again and again makes ur receptors useto the roids and after sometime you wont gain much , is its true beacuse i only plan on doing 2 cycles a year not more.
please help me with this confusion.

Welcome..
Imo you can continue to make great gains from using the aas you've mentioned for many years to come. especially if your diet and training are spot on, changing your diet each time you've gained that new found muscle/weight from each cycle...
I would also keep you dosage low and over the years slowly increase it....
At this time however i would suggest that your carrying a high bf% and would concentrate on reducing that before you think about using aas again,,

The difference between 15 and 20% BF is MASSIVE....
Head over to the diet forum.... Post your current diet including all macros for each meal... Include your training and cardio schedule...
I dont care what anyone say's.... Diet is by far the most important thing in your pursuit to massivness....
Get your diet dialed in, drop some body fat, at the same time this will prime your body, up-regulate receptors and get you ready to get the most out of the gear that you do use....
Diet, priming and PCT are all greatly overlooked and IMHO are key to long term success in this 'game'....

that means i can use the same steroids for a very long , by varying stack and doses
ur right i m reducing my weight planned on losing 10 lbs this month
my diet is all
chicken skinned baked ( 800 gm )
egg whites 15 ed
whole lots of salad
whey protein
carb. loader
4 potatoes , 6 bananas
cod liver oil , liv 52 , vit e ,c , b complex
in total i eat 250 gm of protein on cycle , during off cycle i eat 200gm
carbs i eat 4 gm / pound body weight.
now for my next cycle i will increase protein to 350 gm
and lots of water.
