advice plz :)
hi guys im 26 bf between 13-15% 5'10" 84kg several yrs training
ive been planning my first cycle 500mg of test e(or would test p be better) 1 shot a week for 12 weeks (this is the norm for a first cycle right) (critique the dose if its bad please)
for pct should i use clomid or novledex?? im a bit confused on this as iv read about both
also would hcg reduce ball shrinkage?? heard that it helps
i knw it seems like i dont know jack but im just trying to get this right dont wanna do any damage through ignorance or stupidity any help and advice is great and any changes youd make il take on board

Test e 500mg a week 10-12 weeks
clomid 100/75/50/50mg
nolva 40/40/20/20mg
start pct 2 weeks after last shot
hcg can be ran, it's all personal preference
what does ur diet look like?

diet is a fighters diet bro (minumum carbs during weight loss changed for mass building) lots of protein (in every meal) and fruit minimum six meals a day high water intake to keep the body hydrated this diet helped me loose weight now its revamped to gain mass rather than loose
average day breakfast: egg
snak:fruit
lunch:something high in protein mayb chicken for carbs mayb rice/pasta
snack nuts/fruit
dinner again high protein steak sum carbs maybe a few spuds
snak: nuts maybe some fruit

There are a hell of a lot of things to fine tune before you use juice, so if you're deadset on it then read around and get every aspect in check. There is a ton of great info on this board.

and yeah my diet is gettin reworked now that was the old 1 the new 1 hasnt been finalised yet need last ;ittle tweaks b4 i commit to it

TestE 250 ONLY 12weeks
1cc/3&1/2days (500mg/week)
HCG
PCT
Nolva ONLY 2 weeks after last pin
40/40,20,20
My diet isn't that strict tho

Thats not a good diet. Nuts are a good FAT source, not protein. Check the label. You have carbs in every meal and the morning snack just carbs, guess this is the mass gaining part. You need better sources included along with the fruit. Oats in the morning, potatoes.

That is a poor diet and if you diet isn't as strict as a poor diet then realize your gains of 10lbs+ on cycle will be more water weight that'll be stripped away along with the small amount of muscle you
may gained.
You guys need to completely reevalute your diets and training.
How do you think the body grows? What does it expend for energy, steroids or food?
What happens when you put a surplus of calories in your body?
Food is what makes the gains quality and stick once PCT begins.
I encourage you all to get it in order way before you start juicing. Cause if you
can't add and subtract these simple things (diet/training) how do you expect to
do the advance things successfully.
