2nd cycle...sustanon+eq+ winstrol help :)

hello. my brother is 24 years old. been working out for 4 years ( 3 years committed).

5'10''
215 lbs
12% body fat and reducing it now to 10%
had a cycle last year exactly 12 months ago. Test E 500 mg/wk for 12 weeks and Dbol 30 mg/wk for 4 weeks.. Arimidex and Clomid as Pct and it worked very well for him as he has low fat percent and work out very hard.
so now after long research we came up with this cycle
1-12 weeks Sustanon 500mg/wk
1-12 weeks EQ 500mg/wk
10-15 Winstrol 50mg/day
Arimidex through out the cycle. will start at 1 mg/day for 4 weeks then .5 mg/day for the rest of the cycle. then .25mg for the pct time
PCT: clomid starts at the day after the last winstrol tablet
wk 15. 150 mg/day
wk 16. 100mg/day
wk 17 50 mg/day
also Novadex
wk 15 40 mg/day
wk 16 30 mg/day
wk 17 20 mg/day
in additon to many supplements as protein. casien. ZMA. MultiVitamin.Creatine.Nitric Oxide. and Liver Support
Good Clean Diet as well.............
any suggestions plz for the steroid types, dosage, pct, plz give me your ideas
