    Steroids and bones

a friend of mine broke his humerus a couple of months ago.
he is nearing the start of pysio and then hope to slowly return to training later on when his arm is better.
he plans on cycling(late 2012) when he gets back to combat the atrophy that has occured the past couple of months.

his cycle will cosist of solely test e and will be his 1st.

how much will the aas help with his bone strength and density?

    thanks guys

All AAS increase bone density. I can't give you any numbers.

Like Bonaparte said all AAS increase bone mineral density. But they do not strengthen ligaments and tendons.. strength gains should be monitored so you dont exceed physical limitations of the ligaments and get tears.
