PCT: Last pin + 14 days. Nolva only at 40/40/20/20 (started Monday). In my job I can't risk even the slightest chance of vision issues with Clomid.

Questions: 1) What type, if any workout should I be doing for the next few weeks until I start producing my natural test again? It would seem the E is now out of my system and I am shut down so I would not be able to repair or build damage muscles.
2) Any research on the average time to start producing natural test again? I know every case is different but curious if there is an average time.
I have read the PCT workout thread and it didn't answer this specific question about the first few weeks after cycle. It will be hard to do but I will stay out of the gym if it is necessary.
3) I would like to write up the whole experience at 250/week, which forum would be most appropriate for that?
