17 Year Old,looking for advice
Hey guys,I'm new to the forum and just joined to ask from some advice. I'm currently 17 and have been weight training on and off for about 18 months. Im 6",roughly 13% bf and weigh about 195lbs.
I plan on doing Rippetoes SS throughout the summer for 2-3 months to increase my strength. I have a pretty solid base already to work from. I then plan on doing a 4 day split while eating 4000 cals a day, I'll do that for another 3-4 months until New years.
After christmas I plan on doing a cycle of H-Drol,i've read up on a lot of various PH's and thought this would be the best to start on, I know im only 17 and there could be side effects,this is my cycle:
1 - Cycle Assist
2 - Cycle Assist
3 - Hdrol(50mg) - CEL Cycle Assist
4 - Hdrol(50mg) - CEL Cycle Assist
5 - Hdrol(75mg) - CEL Cycle Assist
6 - Hdrol(75mg) - CEL Cycle Assist
7 - Hdrol(75mg) - CEL Cycle Assist
8 - Hdrol(75mg) - CEL Cycle Assist
9 - Nolva(20mg) - Milk Thistle - T-Booster(ACTX)-
10 - Nolva(20mg) - Milk Thistle - T-Booster(ACTX)-
11 - Nolva(10mg) - Milk Thistle - T-Booster(ACTX
12 - Nolva(10mg) - Milk Thistle - T-Booster(ACTX)
I'll be eating about 4000 cals throughout,and doing Layne Nortons 5 day split
Im not expecting any huge gains, 6-8lbs would be nice. Any advice would be welcome. My goal is to add as much lean mass as possible,is H-drol the best beginner PH for doing this or would something like Epistane be better?

dont just say you'll eat 4000 cals. Make sure Macros are good along with food being good. List a diet so it can be looked at. 6-8 pounds actually shouldn't be a prob for your age, but you don't want to get fat right?
IMO!, stay away from PH. Wait till you have aged some and then make a choice.
Because you can buy them in a store dosen;t make them safe..

Yeah my diet is pretty clean,about 450g carbs,300g protein and 100g of healthy fats. I'll have maybe one cheat meal a week
Meal 1
2 scoops of protein powder
Cup of oats
Strawberries
400ml milk
570 calories
70 gms protein
60 gms complex carbs
3 gms of fat.
Meal 2
2 tuna cans (200g) or 200g chicken.
4 wholemeal slices
Apple
750 calories
64g protein
100grams carbs
6g fat
Meal 3
100g mixed nuts
Orange
600calories
22g protein
50 g fat
Meal 4 (PRE-WO)
creatine 3-5 grams pre-workout
peanut butter
2 wholemeal loafs
68g carbs
20g protein
17g fat
Meal 5 (PWO)
2 scoops of protein powder
Cup of oats
400ml milk,
570 calories

3 chicken drumsticks/ chicken breasts
200g white/brown rice

27 g protein
52 g of carbs

4000 calories
300ish grams of protein
400-450 grams of carbs
90-100grams of fat

Welcome to the board Julian!
Since you are new, I should explain a few things to you.
First, this board does NOT condone the useage of aas for those under 25! There are a variety of health reasons for this. At 17, your skelatol/muscular system is NOT physically mature, and your HPTA/endocrine systems will not mature until your mid 20's. Your body NEEDS to be able to produce testosterone on it's own, for your hormonal system to develop normally. If you do not allow your hormonal system to develop normally, without introducing steroids , then you may experience many/all of these symptoms:
Limp Dik (ED)
Low/No Libido (not interested in fuking your woman)
small balls (testicles to you PC guys out there)
High Blood pressure
Bad cholestoral
Someone at your age, with an abundance of natural testosterone floating around in your blood stream, does NOT need additional testosterone! Period.
Finally, members here MUST be 18 years old or they get banned. Since you are only 17, this should happen fairly quickly.

Honestly i think this diet will only make you fat. You need to add more source of quality pro & carbs. Fats look OK. IMO start with about 400 gm pro, 250 grm carbs, & 100 fats. Replace the bread loaf thing with more brown rice or oats. If you are not gaining on above macros after 2 weeks, then add another 25 carbs and so on until you start to gain slowly.

FOOD is your best chemical now.
And as the others have stated, 17 is WAY too early. You do not want to mess with your endocrine system. NOT ONE BIT.
PLEASE EAT RIGHT AND TRAIN CORRECTLY FIRST!
Building a natural foundation is the secret which makes a lot of guys look great. They use their own test as long as they can and then later on when their test starts running low, that is when they cycle for that extra kick to help them cross the line from looking good to looking fantastic. 'Tis true.
