First level of gyno - lump behind the nipple

I have done a PH cycle with
M-Drol
M1,4ADD
for one month. Then followed by 1 month of Advanced PCT (anabolicx) and D-aspartic acid

Then started the third month with tribulus and cretin (Green MAGnitude)

In the last days of the second month I saw that my nipples are becoming a lil bit puffy and I have a lump under one of them

4-5 days later I started taking 20mg pd Tamoxifen and stopped the tribulus.
Today is DAY 8 of taking Tamoxifen and no visual results are taking place.
It is not getting bigger and it is not getting smaller.

I am now increasing the dosage to 40mg pd.

Do you have any more suggestions for my case?! Should I take 40mg pd for 30 days and then try letro?

height: 166cm
weight: 63kg
Experience in bb: 8 years

Done several TEST cycles before (and several PH cycles), no side effect at all. But this PH cycle really did it....

Try Liq Letro, be careful though....stuff is strong...start at a low dosage to see how your body handles it. Also, you need to be on it for some time before you will see any results (2-3 months)

Everything ive read that you post doesnt seem to come from personal exp, please dont give sugg without at least knowing your product, and stating you have never tried.

To the OP:

Go for the liquid letro, it works great, taper up your dose until your reach 2.5mg/ed.
Ive personally ran 5mg/ed for 4 weeks and was fine except a little loss of libido.

Tribulus is not gonna effect your gyno.

Do you think I should try at least the Tamoxifen at 40mg for 1 month (15th day now)?
First the lump should disapear and then the puffy nipples or?
I friend of mine lost his lump in 2months and a half with 20mg of Tamoxifen.

I cannot find liquid letrozol in my country (Bulgaria). I can find the following pills though:

Etruzil (Етрузил)
Letroger (Летрогер)
Letrozol Nucleus (Летрозол Nucleus)
Letrozol Sandoz (Летрозол Сандоз)
Letrozole Pharmacenter (Летрозол Фармацентър)
Femara (Фемара)

In most of the the active ingredient is 2.5mg in one pill.

Should I visit a doctor or at leat runa blood work for estrogen and testosteron?
Or make an echography of the lump??

Is it really going to help that fast for 1 week as stated in the forums?
