    250 or 500?

    I was reading on here and one of the main post said for first cycle to do 1 pin 500mg a week and others say 2 a week at 250 to keep the levels in line.

    What do you think for first cycle of test E?

    Also is this a good PCT

    Starting 2 weeks after last pin

    Weeks 1-4- 40 mg GP Nolva per day
    Weeks 1-4 100mg GP Clomiphene per day
    Weeks 1-5 1mg GP Anastrozole per day
    Week 1- 4,500 iu HCG
    Week 2- 3,000 iu HCG
    Week 3- 1,500 iu HCG

    I did, I started at 145 and now 185 natural. now i been stuck

    A good diet is a must. I'm 5'11 and have almost 15 pounds on you @ 14% body fat (would like it to be better). With that said, I am currently running a test ent cycle for 12 [email protected] 500mg per week. I do 2 injections per week of 250mg (mon&thursday) alternating glutes. Pct seems ok. Might be overkill but to much of a good thing while running your pct is better than not having your bases covered. Search the pct thread for more information.

    Sorry but the last thing you need is steroids . While it is a good accomplishment what you've done so far, you need to really push past 200 lbs at your height to get a good base before cycling. Post your diet in the diet section to be improved upon and you will continue to see yourself gaining weight.

    I can't stress it enough you will be wasting your money by taking steroids with an inadequate diet.

    If you cannot gain weight naturally, any weight you do put on during your cycle will either

    (A) Be mostly fat
    (B) Be mostly water weight
    (C) A combination of A & B AND
    (D) All weight, whether muscle, fat, or water, will be lost before you even finish your PCT.

    Steroids aren't a quick fix to get to a goal faster. You really need to be dedicated.

    Your proposed PCT Is also awful, no offense.

    THere is plenty of information in all of the Educational threads. I suggest you start by improving upon your diet and slowly self-educating yourself in the world of AAS.

    well since you want cycle advice and your prolly gonna do it here it is but like stated earlier diet needs to be high so just start eating clean for say 6 months then start mayb even a year then yes 2 shot 250 each is better just less moodiness you could say bloodlevels ehh idk it has a really long half life... so yea 2 shots twice a week the 2 weeks - 10 days after last pin nolva 40mg/40mg/20/mg/20mg and clomid 100/50/50/50 hcg really not a fan on test only cycle but some are... it messes with me to much terms of gyno... Bulk up brotha

    185 lbs 6'5 .... A quality weight gainer , 5k quality cals a day, no cardio, lift all the basic lifts big. 45 days = muscle
