First Clen cut
hi, was wondering if you guys could give me any advice about using clen for cutting,basically would you suggest just taking clen on its own for the first time and what it should be supplemented with. I have a good look through all the pages and am still a bit confused.

22 years old
5 years training

88kg

Body fat percentage? Pics to confirm BF would be a good start. Also how is your diet?

hi body fat around 16-18% estimated by a PT i know.
Diet is currently a low carbs diet, roughly
Bfast
2 eggs
1 slice of bread
2 bacon strips
1 apple
juice
Lunch
Tuna
Cheese
Salad - lettuces, cucumber, sweet corn, peppers
Dinner
1 Chicken Breast
Salad
Yoghurt
Apple
After training
3 - 4 egg omlette
3 whole 1 white
spinach
sups
JACK3D
Lean - r
Have been using some ph - Haovol
Any more info i need to give please say

ive also droped 8kg over 6 weeks, from 4 1000kal cardio sessions a week and 6 lifting sessions a week

take ur diet to 1500cals a day
Protein: 1.5 x Your lean body weight = answer is how much protein u should take
Fat: .25 x your weight = the amt of fat u should take
take no other supps besides Multi-Vitamins and Protein shake (some test would be great)
u dont wanna add another stimulant (JACK3D) while ure taking clen... that'll have some badddd effect on ur heart

Don't do this. Never assume 1500cals is enough especially if you are working up a huge caloric burn.
I would first and foremost say to fix and or clean up your diet then step up your cardio workouts by either increasing resistance/HR or try HIIT but your diet could use some fixing. Do you have your macro nutrients for what you eat daily? Best provide that too.

ok so just to clarify:
sups i need to take protein shakes, multi vits, you say some test? not sure what you mean. something along the line of tribulus?
stop taking jack3d when on cycle
up diet calorie consumption ( could be done by the increased protein shakes) possible increase carbs aswell
is this a good platform to start a clen cycle on?

ok so are you suggesting a testosterone booster or actual testosterone . is this to prevent or decrease muscle loss?
how long would you suggest in cycle length for first time? ive ready on here about 2 weeks on 2 off e.t.c

Why the **** would you take Test on a Clen only cycle? This is stupidity in itself.
Fix your diet. Drop the Jack3d and stick to Clen....no need at all for Test...pretty sure this NJkid is ****in with you.
