I used steroids at 16 and need help!!!
Before you say it, I know, I'm an idiot. Last year in February I used M-Drol because a lot of my friend football players took it with 20-25 pound gains in a month. I never worked out a day in my life... they told me it was a "weight gainer". So naive me took it, along with milk thistle because I was told it helps your liver out. My friend also gave me Nolvadex , and told me to take to "keep my gains". I took 1 cycle (about 1 month) of M-Drol, and on my 3rd day of Nolvadex experienced INSANE acne breakouts all over my chest, arms in back. I stopped using Nolvadex right then and there, and went to the dermatologist. STUPID, I KNOW. I am 17, and have patchy facial hair, haven't really grown much, and can't really get erect. I messed my life up because I was stupid. What I want to know now is how can I get my testosterone up to where is should be? Is it still in my system after 1 year? Am I still being affected by the steroid to this day? Is it possible to make my body so I never took steroids at all (at least hormonally)? I don't know what my levels are now, but I know they aren't like they were before I took M-Drol. Please, someone help me!!!

Ok, don't fret yet. First thing is you need to get some blood work done and see where you stand. Go see your doc and get him to test you. It's up to you if you want to tell him the truth. You could admit to using a prohormone for an extended period of time and you suspect your natural testoserone has been effected.
If you just don't want to go to the doc you could fork up some cash and have the labs done by an independent lab. Do you have health issurance?

Do not self-medicate. GO SEE AN ENDOCRINOLOGIST, do not delay!!!

Technically M-drol (Superdrol clone) is a pro-hormone, but that can be debated. It converts to estrogen at a very little % so your growth plates should be OK.
Honestly, time will bring back your levels, I don't think you caused irreparable damage. As long as you stay away from that stuff your body will return to normal. The dick issues might stick with you though...
I took M-Drol at 18, and now when I am in my mid 20's I am on everyday cialis medication to treat my ED. So be warned kiddies, nothing like going to pick up cialis at Walgreens and there's a lady near you or the pharmacist is a lady...def embarrassing.Last edited by Immortal Soldier; 06-11-2011 at 09:09 PM.

Thanks to everyone for your support. Who do I see? My physician or an endocrinologist? And what do I tell my parents?! "Hey Mom and Dad, just thought we should go to the doctors... I want to check my testosterone levels !"

If you really want to check your blood levels ( if you refuse to go to a doc) then go to an online site to order some lab work..
GOOD LUCK TO YOU AND HOPE YOU HAVE NOT GOTTEN YOURSELF INTO ANY SITUATION YOU DO NOT LIKE
You also need to be 18 here so once you do get banned the thread will be here for you to read but you just cannot post anything.Last edited by SlimmerMe; 07-03-2011 at 01:29 PM.

OH MAN!
Well in that case here's my questions:
1. What is a normal amount of testosterone ? (after I get my test done)
2. If mine is at a normal amount, do I need to worry about getting it up? (praying I'm lucky)
3. If it is not at a normal amount, how do I increase it? (both naturally or artificially)

Eat some red meat and lots of sleep and early to bed to help get some good natural growth hormone production which is always good to have anyway for any of us and I am talking about going to bed before 11 so you are asleep by 12 so then around 2 in the morning you will get a great heavy pulse of gh and if you get this you will help repair a lot of things in your system...'tis true

Those are all perfect questions for the Dr.
I know it sucks man, but honestly suck it up and just go see a proper Dr. because In 2 or 3 years it'll just be a distant memory and you'll be really glad you got the proper treatment to get back to normal
If your having issues (which is sounds that you are) most likely you are shut down, I doubt your tests come back normal. When/If they dont your Doc should prescribe something to get you back to normal.

Does the fact that I took 1 and only 1 cycle have anything to do with it? Or the fact it's been over a year? Like could my testosterone have naturally increased and returned to normal over this time span? I remember following that I was very moody and emotional to say the least, but I'm not like that any more.

YES....go to the doctor. That is the best thing you can do. I agree with this and also it will be a memory. Then you can stop worrying.

I really appreciate your advice and support... it means a lot considering this has been giving me anxiety attacks! I thought it was incurable, but I will surely see the doctors ASAP!

Glad to hear you will go see a doctor asap. And telling the doc what you did will help IMO.

Its possible to recover naturally. Its also possible to not recover, So why risk it, ya know? The moody and emotional part could most likely be attributed to the Fluctuation in your hormone levels during and around the cycle.
The important thing is that your not feeling right about yourself and thats obvious. Admitting you screwed up isn't easy but isnt worth having anxiety attacks over, everyone makes mistakes, so get yourself checked out, have tests run and im sure you'll be forgiven soon enough by the folks, good luck to you bro.

depends on the doc. Research their reviews on google and select accordingly.
Btw, you must be atleast 18 to be on this forum.

just from Mdrol at 18?
Bro im sure some people are over exaggerating this, my whole high school football team ABUSED mdrol and superdrol and most of them are my close friends and they are fine, same age as you almost 21-25. A few of them are married and have kids.
You do know that MOST ED is psychological right?

Not just from M-Drol, but experimenting with PH's and OTC AI's at a time when my hormones were developing. All I know is I used to get rock hard erections, but once I got into lifting and used supplements it slowly went away and by the time I entered college I had ED. A part of it can be attributed to psychology, but I really do have it at this point.
As for your friends, I doubt they if any of them had ED they would come tell you they had ED. Most guys keep that shit a secret. And just because you have ED doesn't mean you can't have sex at all or have kids. ED comes in varying degrees. But not everyone gets messed up from using drugs, I know some guys who can take massive amounts of gear and not have one pimple, I take the same amount and my back looks like the moon.

Obviously you have not read nearlly as many of the post as some of of have on here from kids/people taking only one cycle. One is enough to screw things up and also as I always say, you can bet that less than 5% of the people who have problems ever come back to tell us about them and I'm sure it's a lot smaller percentage that will tell someone face to fave.

Of course once cycle can screw things up. But yet again that depends on PCT and someones genetics.
A buddy of mine was on for 9 years straight, came off and ran tamox @ 20mg a day for a month, got his levels tested, they were 750 with an LH value of 7.2.
Pretty sick IMO for being on test 300mg every week for 9 years straight.
