I know it can be from low sugar levels in blood, but I was training as hard as I train now that I'm on a Test cycle but since I started using Test in last 5 sessions of legs workout I get a severe headache and nausea right in the middle of my workout after doing squat on smith and going for leg presses super hack squats.

I'm on a bulking cycle so I eat even more carbs than before.

anyone had the same issue? would drinking water with sugar and salt helps during training?
