Winny and Test Cyp timing.

My buddy is on a winny and test cyp cycle (really my buddy. I am on a prop only cycle) he wants to run the winny for the last 6 wks of a 12wk cycle. The long ester of the cyp was obvious. He felt no effect from the test until almost 4 wks in. Should he be timing starting the winny for 6 wks after his first PIN with the cyp, or 6 wks before the cyp leaves his system and he starts his pct? If winny doesn't have the time release effect of the cypionate ester, it seems to me he should wait on the winny until it would be leaving his body at the same time as the test, so that it really was the end of his cycle.
