low dose TREN A as a far burner
I returned to an old job about a month ago(concrete form work).I love how it gets me in shape. already lost about 10 lbs. 10 hours of mixed cardio and lifting day . I was thinking about a low dose of TREN A to help burn some fat and retain some muscle. This work can be slightly catabolic. I was thinking about 50 mgs inject every 3rd day. Before I get flamed I want to state = I HAVE NO GOALS OF BULKING UP. any opinions on this would be appreciated. bty I am 5 10 and about 190 slightly chubby.

I wouldnt go using tren for just some fat burning nor run a short ester like that either. You can achieve your goals through a better diet since you are already losing weight from working hard. You will be surpressing your natural hormones for a little benefit....you have to think about risk vs reward. Also tren will make keeping up with your cardio a bitch, so right there it doesnt seem worth it to me. Once you have your cardio going you dont want to stop/slow down at all, we all know how is easy it is to give it up. Tren is nasty also to run in the hot weather, sweating non stop, I recommend FULLY dialing in your diet instead, it do almost the same as tren after a little while and makes keeping the bf off much easier.

BG hit the nail on the head. In addition, Tren will disrupt your sleeping pattern thus affecting your energy the following day.

Tren will run you into the ground in hot weather.

I wouldnt advise to EVER use TREN alone without some additional testosterone .

^^^^whole heartedly agree. Never run Tren without some Test to back it up. And Tren will kick your ass with the cardio. I generally run a 20min 3 mile, but when I was on Tren, my 3 mile was 30+ if I was lucky enough to even get that far. usually I quit after a 1/4 mile.
