small deca dose

Would 200mg deca a week add much weight gain to me? Or should I go 100mg/week? I really don't want to gain weight just want a little something in my test prop cycle to help my joints.

Goal here is to add strength not weight. Even though some weight will come of coarse. I just don't want to gain 10+ lbs of bloat.

I am also on 12.5mg Aromasin a day as well.

100mg a week should be enough to lubricate the joints.

Should it be once or twice a week inject? I know it's half life is kinda long so maybe once. But what is recommended?

You'd be better off with a low dose of NPP for that purpose on a Prop cycle.

I personally don't see much strength (or weight gain) at 200mg/wk of deca , just some joint relief.

And I just do once a week injections at that dose.

Ive heard/read the same thing that NPP give better joint relieve than Deca even though they are almost the same. I got no relieve using 300mg a week of Deca.

I may try NPP someday and keep my fingers crossed. The more times a week keeps the levels smoother, no spikes so it's up to him/you on pinning preference.
