    Kidney issue

Does gear effect your kidneys? I have always read about protecting your liver and all but never about your kidney. I'm in the process of having another kidney stone. Had one about 2 months ago but that was off cycle. So I'm wondering if it's previous cycling or maybe even the high protein dieting??

I am going to the doc in the morning. Just curious o. Everyone's thoughts here. And do I tell him I am on cycling?

Tren will for sure. What's the cause of your stones? Diet or just lucky?

protein wouldnt have anything to do as far as kidney stones... Creatine if you are supplementing is a whole different story, also, make sure that you are staying adequately hydrated as well. Most people that I speak with assure me that they drink suffice water, yet fall a gallon short a day. I presume that you havent been drinking sugary things like juice, soda, or sweet tea and such

Never ended up going to a specialist. Because my dad said he had about 5 when he was my age. I'm not taking tren and never have. My deit is a good body building diet. No milk or sugars and those were my problems years ago. Was curious if it is the protein causing it.

Devil doc, no sugary drinks or foods. Haven't been on creatine in few months now. Probably closer to 6-7. I do take arginie and multi. Plus liver plus right now.

nope, definately shouldn't be the protein, unless the enzymes in your kidneys react adversely (which shouldnt be the case). There have been many publications in journals recently dealing with studies on the effects of high protein diets on the liver as well as the kidney, and i have yet to find any conclusive data that positively correlates protein with any issues

And what exactly is organ shield? Just a daily support like liver plus? And thanks for the help man. What do you think about telling the doc about cycling? It shouldn't really matter should it?

Gallon and a half of water a day minimum. 2 is better if you can do it. Nothing is better for your liver and kidneys they good ol plain water.

If you want to do more for your kidneys cranberry extract helps too.

I do not drink cranberry juice. But I will try the extract. Water consumption should be more. I'm getting a gallon a day in. I do drink crystal light but it's a packet for 12oz and I put it in a gallon of water. Probably drinking 32-40 oz a day of that. The only other thing I drink is black coffee in the morning. Diet is all clean foods we all eat, chicken, eggs brown rice. I really been eating very clean for awhile now.

I'll be going to the doc in the morning. I'll keep everyone updated on what he says. But most likely will send me to a specialist since it's my 3rd One In 2 months. The first one I had very high CPK levels. But they dropped dramatically In a week.
