First Cycle
Hi guys,
I've decided to do my first Cycle don't worry I'm not a complete noobie I've been researching a lot over the last few weeks and just wanted you guys to have a look at my plan and see if I've missed anything or have been mislead. I’m after a "better safe than sorry" approach.
Here are my stats:
- 21 years old
- 6.2 ft
- 187lbs
- Been working out for about 2 years now
I’ve decided to go with only Winstrol purely because I believe this will be a good starting point.
I’ll be doing a 6 week cycle with 50mg a day (orally)
For PCT I’ll be taking Clomid 8-12 hours after my last dosage of Winstrol. although i am unsure of what dosage to take daily? And for how long
For protection I’ll be taking the following:
-Milk thistle (liver Protection)
-Armidex or Liquidex? (water retention/bi*ch tits)
-Proscar (hairless) I am also unsure of dosage on this during the cycle
Any advice would be much appreciated
Thank you

Your first cycle should look like this: 500mg Test Week, 8 Weeks. If you want to cut up, add your winny to the final 4 weeks of those 8 weeks. You've chosen an oral steroid , most likely to get away from doing the injects... which is just being a ***** frankly. And you're probably a ***** cause your only 21 years old. You need to man up, and wait till your 25 -- do it right with injectable testosterone as a base. Also, with only 2 years of training, juice ain't going to do shit for you. You need more experience at the gym before juice as well.
But let me tell you right now -- here's the common story. You won't listen to us, do it anyways, come back when your 26 and say, "God damn it, I regret having juiced when I was 21, now I'm ****ed up for life... why didn't I listen?!"

Well, you are going to find it awfully hard to get any advice on here. Generally, over 25 is the rule for engaging in AAS use.
But here is what I will tell you. Your suggestions above are not indicative of someone who has done very much research.
Oral only = bad
armidex + winny = useless
proscar + winny = useless

the first cycle advice is wrong, esp adding the winny...
why give someone wrong advice then tell him to wait?
u just gave him all he needs to hear on how to hit a cycle, keep in mind that all these guys need is one person to tell them how, regardless how many of us tell him no
OP - u need to forget the cycle for now. if u do what u want to do there is a great chance ur pecker will stop working correctly as u will shut urself down.
u need to train, add acouple years in the gym, build a good strong base....learn how to eat for ur goals...that will take a couple years, then u will be ready age wise and body wise to really get the most out of AAS....

Okay I need to look into this further... which is why I asked you guys to take a look
Can someone please explain to me why it is essential not to start your first cycle until you are 25? I don’t see how I am not ready after training at the gym for over 2 years. Other sources have said 21 is minimum
Feel free to call me a ***** but I have made my decision to take my 1st cycle orally. I’d rather start orally as I feel more comfortable.
I don’t want to stack at this point, is winny a bad choice? Maybe I should wait a few years more but I would still like some advise even if I was to wait. Why is this plan so wrong? Please help me to understand
Thank you

The Young and Steroids
by Marcus300
Due to the recent number of PM's ive been receiving regarding age and steroids I thought i'd write this thread to try and help some of our younger members. Ive also been having a conversation with my Endocrinologist who may give a more profession opinion on the subject:
There isn't an exact age were we all stop developing and growing because this is determined by our genes and DNA, we are all genetically programmed individually and we inherit our genes from our parents. To give an exact age we stop growing would be incorrect because everyone's genetic blueprint is different. The main development of our bodies is up to the age of 21yrs of age but this can vary between individuals. There are parts of our bodies what carry on developing and adjusting slowly up until the age of 25yrs old, an example of this is the brain. The Endocrine system is a part of the brain what is very complex and keeps our bodies in a homeostasis state. Our testosterone levels start raising and roughly peak around 25yrs old and then start to slowly decline, so even though some of us may have stopped growing at the age of 21yrs old, others may still be developing up until the age of 25yrs old.
I have recently spoken to my Endo regarding this matter and he tells me that the HPTA is very sensitive and as many pathways how it regulates the human body, he states steroids disrupt the normal balance of hormones in the body which can cause reversible and irreversible changes at any age but risks are far more if you administrate exogenous androgens during development, this will put you in a very unnatural environment at a crucial time and your hormones should be treated with care especially in the early stages of maturity. The adverse effects can be erratic behaviour of the HPTA and potentially therapy when your older.
I did ask him what age he would think would be the safest as far as risk to damages and he said many endocrinologist suggest full maturation is reached by 25 years of age and this would also give the HPTA time to be established with your natural hormone balance and patterns. I personally feel 24-25yrs old would also be ideal starting point to get bloodwrok drawn to see exact what your natural levels are before starting any kind of cycles and waiting till you have reach your testosterone peak would be a good starting point, for me there is to much evidence over the forums and what I've seen personally over the last 25yrs I've been bodybuilding. Obviously it isn't going to be all 19- 21yr old bodybuilders who suffer side effects what are irreversible but I am edging on the side of caution what age I advice to the newbies.

ps: orals are not to be taken lightly either
reason in a nutshell:
you will suppress your own natural testosterone production since your own test production starts getting used to the sythetic hence thinks it no longer need to produce your own natural test and since you are at your peak of test production you can create all kinds of issues which you do not want to create....
Take advantage of your edge you have now
