    Just a thank you! lol

    Hey guys, i just wanna say thank you for talking me out of doing my second cycle ( i was gonna do test e, but im only 19). I followed your advice and got on a diet( 400g protein and 4000cals) its been about 3 weeks, and im already up 4.5lbs!!!!
