Too Young, Too Fat, Crappy Workout Regimine, Horrible Diet! Of The Four...
So after reading here and there on these forums. Everyone says the perferct candidate for a cycle would be someone who is at least 25+, 15% bf or less, lifting for centuries and an amazing diet.
Now if you've been on these forums for awhile, you know not everyone makes sure they have everything in tact before cycling (Shame on them). Of the four possibilities (Main Ones), which would be a better candidate if they were going to do a cycle?
Person one:- 30 year old male
- 6'0 bf is around 13-15% (So whatever weight that would be for his height)
- Has been working out seriously for 6 years or so
- His diet on the other hand , is utter trash though. He eats WHATEVER! His working out is keeping his bf around the 13-15% bracket BARELY
Person two:- 30 year old male
- has been working out seriously for 6 years or so
- Diet is great
- 6'0 bf is 24%-ish (He used to be morbidly overweight, however he has dropped 20% or so and is working for better)
Person three:- 30 year old male
- Diet is great
- 6'0 bf is around 12%
- Just started working out (6 months)
Person 4:- Diet is fantastic
- 6'0 bf is around 7%
- Been working out for about 5 years
- 20 year old male
Of the above scenarios, which one (If one) would be the best one for a cycle? I know none, but if one of these were to start one, who would benefit the most (as in least damaging to themself)?Last edited by CaliburKid; 07-26-2011 at 08:14 PM.

Honestly bro, I think anyone who says you have to meet a certain criteria to do a cycle is full of BS....Again its like the academia world, they make certain degrees nearly impossible for one to achieve so it keeps their credentials special. Many guys on here, its their claim to fame or what makes them feel special (which nothing is wrong with this). But to tell someone you are not ready for a cycle because your body fat is not below 15% is comical to me. Power trip.... My cousin, 6'5 320lbs fat ass at what point started a cycle and had fantastic results. This day he has continued multiple cycles and has got to be down to somewhere around 15% bf and its changed his life. Had other friends with off and on training experience but, nothing special, maybe 8 month straight training periods tops. One in mind is still juicing to this day and looks fantastic, motivated him to stay in gym. If you want to juice, juice...Eat healthy and work out and you will see results...if your 300lbs it just might take you longer

tough call man...
Person 1: poor diet = waste of cycle
Person 2: High bf could result in higher risk of gyno
Person 3: High risk of injury
Person 4: High risk of permanently damaging his endocrine system
Person 1 would probably have the least risk I would think
Person 2 could have the greatest success with less risk assuming his vital organs are in good condition, however they better use AI's like its their job and don't expect any definition

This is a hell of alot of effort just to attempt to get someone to tell you what you want to hear.....
At least thats what it looks like to me ......
Regardless this may very well be the stupidest thread i have seen. Reminds me of stupid word math problems ...if a train leaves x at three , one leaves y at four, and so on blah blah blah which one arrives first *LOL*....

This wins the absurd question of the week award.
But...person 1 would be the best option, IMO, since anyone could easily write up a diet plan for him in 10 minutes that he just needs to adhere to. Besides, he won't be at risk of more sides, but just wasting gear.Last edited by Bonaparte; 07-27-2011 at 01:34 AM.

Well there is a reason we tell people not to cycle at high bf.Can you do it? Yes but your chances of sides are greater. So someone telling you to go ahead and cycle is crazy. You need to know all the facts before you do.There are always exceptions people who make good. But look at the ones who didnt.High BP gyno loss of libdo TRT for life at a young age ED.So do wat you want kid.

i dont really care about how much bf someone has or their diet unless it is extreme. The only important one i follow is being to young. I wont say you have to be 25 but 20 is to young imo.
