    Final check... Advise plz

    Hi guys,

    I am planning my cycle for possibly novemeber and would like peoples opinions as I am going to Egypt on Sunday and plan on bringing the following back with me...

    Weeks 1-12 sustanon 500mg (250mg each shot)
    Weeks 1-10 deca 400mg (200mg each shot)
    Weeks 1-12 hcg 500ius (250ius each shot)
    Weeks 1-12 stane 12.5mg EOD
    Weeks 1-4 d bol 40mg a day

    PCT....

    This is where I need help, I am fine with nolva but what can I use in place of clomid if anything as I am not keen on this from past experiences...

    This will be my 4th cycle by the way, I'm 5ft 7, 80kg, bf around 15 although I will bring it down before I start the cycle...

    So.... Any opinions or pointers plz guys wud b very much appreciated...

    5'7 and 176lbs, 15%bf, I guess there is some wrong in this picture. Special after 3 cycle. aren't you eating or working out. or what?

    15 is a guess, it could be lower... I can see my top 4 abs quite visibly...

    Damn your stats need some improvements, I think you could have gained a better base as natural.

    Head to diet section and learn about proper dieting , I think you have problem in that area.

    There is no point cycling if your training and your diet are lacking , because you will not have good gains.

    You haven't gained any weight since you started cycling and you have done 3 cycles already. In your first thread over a year ago you had very similar stats so what ever your doing your doing it wrong. You really need to stop cycling and forget steroids because they are doing more harm than good and you want to concentrate on your diet and eating to grow. Now you can disregard what Ive said and carry on cycling and going around in circles but if you want to drop bf and gain muscle tissue you really need to drop the steroids and sort your diet and training out.

    I see what you are saying and to some extent agree... Ymif you have read previous posts you will see that my bf has always been a guestimate. So it cud v easily b lower than 15% as can see a clear line down my chest and top 4 abs. After my last cycle I was 13.5stone, some fat, some water. And I didn't like it so I have trimmed it down a bit, I started the cycle at 11 stone 10 pounds so I'm happy in keeping 11 pound...

    I'm not arguing with wat you saying as I know you are the man around here I'm just saying that my body has changed massive amounts even though my guesstimates figures haven't...

    I will not disregard your information as I definitely dnt wanna do myself any harm so thanks.

    Get you bf checked then and stop estimating so you know where you are at and what you actually accomplish over time
