im 21 (11 stone 2) hard gainer!!!!!!
hi there right well ive been going to the gym for a year, im a labourer so i work really hard all the time, i have 2 scoops on whey protien a day, a can of tuna a day and a chicken breast each day! i eat sooooo much food its unreal and i started a cycle of 100mg test 100mg deca 2 weeks ago for 10 weeks but still my weight will not rise, i only do weights no cardio, i work hard, eat the right foods, and now the steriods and i still cant seem to put weight on, my mates down the gym go mabye twice a week, have a few protien shakes and ballon up like mad, so i got fed up staying at this weight and choose to use steroids , im not looking for people to start telling me the side effects of them because im fully aware i just wanted to know if anybody else has had this trouble and what they think i should do?? im thinking of doing the test and deca at 100mg each for the next 3 weeks then the last 5 weeks of the cycle doubling up to 200mg of each.

Hard gainer = Under eater
If your not eating enough calories to grow then you wont...
Simple!
Head over to the diet section and ask for help...
You dont need AAS' you need food...

whats your workout routine, and diet??? I have never done steriods yet but my friends have done numerous cycles and still i am bigger and stronger then them in the gym and its always because my workout routine , rest and diet are better then theirs.

i can ensure u i do not under eat, ill eat 4 good meals a day, a pint of full fat milk a day 2 scoops whey protien, plenty tuna, plenty of chocolate to top up the caloriges....i once ate everyday for a month at the burger van near my work to see if ide put on any weight and after 30 burger, sausage and eggs i lost 1 pound....most people would be fat but not me, i must have either a high matabalisum i have or am just a really hard gainer! i work out for 45 mins nearly 4-5 days a week, my mates are all like 113-14 stone and im stuck at 11 no matter what i physicaly do, help!!!!!!!!!!!!

well you are what you eat looks like the quality of the food your eating is not so great and nutritional check out the diet section here and actually follow a bulk diet routine. your diet you described seems half ass this is what a high school student who lifts part time eats not someone who is on Taking steroids in order to take their body to the next level. Describe your workout routine. the exercises and intensities !!!

4 meals a day? u probably think thats alot, but when bulking i get up to 8 meals a day. its simple man, take a look a what you're eating, add up the calories and whatever number you have, eat 1,000 more calories then what u got, it may take an extra meal to reach that goal.
if you're maintaining the same weight at the amount of calories you're taking in, you just need more calories. good luck

I thought the same thing as you..... i figured I was eating a ton. 2 years of steroid use with minimal gains really gave me the reality check...... another 2-1/2 to 3 years of time off with a ton of reasearch put me in a better spot. Now 250lbs from a starting weight of 175lbs at 18yrs old...... i've got a rpetty good handle on things.
You need to eat more and those foods need to be of better quality. Tell you what..... go buy 1lb packs of ground chicken and buy a ton of brown rice. Wake up and eat a good breakfast with oats. Next three meals have 2 cups of cooked brown rice with 1lb of ground chicken - then have dinner later on...... If you don't grow from that i'd be very very surprised. You need better sources of carbs and proteins......

Please listen to Haz, this advise is on point...
I dont mean this in a dis-respectable way but we see people like you all the time who think they eat loads but they dont. You need to pull your head out of your arse and realise that what your eating is not enough and the quality is not on point...
My current diet consists of the following...
200g Oats
300-400g Brown Rice
2 Bananas
25g Dextrose
32oz Lean Meat (Beef, pork, chicken etc...)
120g whey
Thats a lot of food, just like Haz says, eat like that and you will grow, and if you dont then you need to eat more

im almost same age as you bud, and im also a mathafaking hard gainer !!! i went on a bulking diet from the diet forum and.............boom! it works man. You think 4 meals a day is a big of a deal....try 8! that will make a difference. Also eating burgers for a month will get you a heart attack, not muscle gains! achieve what you can naturally and only then do steroids

Listen to Baseline and Haz.AAS plus not enough food = NO GAINS But if you insist bang your head against a wall for a few years.You will learn one way or another
