    Helios vs. Traditional clen tabs

    What do you guys think. Is there a huge difference I started with some helios just recently i love it. But its a lot more expensive then the tabs. Thoughts pls.

    I have a buddy that swears by the stuff. Says he gets less shakes and no headaches on Helios vs. clen .

    i know it has yoh in it i am saying for over all fat loss. I am not sure if i am a believer in the spot injection fat loss is what i am saying.
