    Sustanon help needed

    Alright guys. I ve been off cycle for about 8 months now. Im plnning on going back on cycle next week.

    Im going to run only Sust250 for 12 weeks & thats it. Ive never ran a test with multiple esters. Ive stuck to mainly enanthate & prop. Ive googled & searched these forums and it seems everyne has there own opinion on how to run sust. Some say it needs to be pinned ED or EOD because of the prop ester, some say pinning bi weekly is fine, pinning E3D. Looking for some good veteran input.

    Some info
    Im 32
    5'10 208lbs. 13% BF
    Training for more than a decade
    Two cycles under my belt of AAS
    Goals are to bulk

    PCT will include Torem & Clomid / Will run an AI on cycle

    How many mg a week u running?

    Injected every E3D will b fine.

    What's your planned pct doses? And considered hcg ?

    If i pin E3D , the amount would be 500mgs. Im really just weary because i have 0 experience with sust. Im afraid i wont get much out of the cycle.

    PCT will be
    Torem - 120/90/60/60 (might extend to six weeks depending on BW)
    Clomid - 150/100/50/50

    Ive never really considered HCG to be honest. Ive always just ran PCTs with the usual nolva/clomid. Last PCT i used torem and liked it more. Something with Nolva gives me a wierd sense of taste after taking it, not sure why but its annoying.

    first cycle i ever did and i loved it! every 3 days is what i did. as long as you eat right you will gain. i gained 18 in 12 weeks, then trained to run a half marathon for the hell of it and lost most of it. i use myfitnesspal on my droid to count my calories just to double check throughout the day. it really helps!

    Iv ran sus e3days and that was fine if you want the best out of it you should be runing it eod

    I intend on having a solid diet with it. Im leaning between Bi weekly pins or a M/W/F schedule.
