First cycle critique
Hey guys just wanting to see what you think of my first cycle.
Being my first cycle ever i have decided to use Test E only.
I have spent about a year researching on and off and 6 months solidly, i have been training on and off for 4-5 years but only seriously with diet etc 1-2 years.
I plan on doing DC training since i have a mate thats had great success on it and i react better to lower volume/high frequency training.
I plan on intaking around 4000-4500 calories a day, when i ran a higher volume routine i was bulking on 4k calories and increasing my weight 1lb a week, so since ill be doing lower volume im assuming 4-4.5k calories will be enough (i will alter this if needed during cycle). Since Androgens vastly improve nutrient partitioning i dont want to end up running my cycle with an overboard diet and getting fat.
Cycle:
16 weeks Test E 350ml/wk - Pinning E5D
AI - 12.5mg of aromasin every day (slightly prone to gyno from being fat when i was younger) I will also have Letro on hand just incase.
PCT - Running a full HTPA Restart minus the HCG ;
Clomid - 100mg for 30 days, Nolva 20mg for 40 days.
I know that PCT is the worst part of the cycle but i would rather be sure that im going to fully recover then take a lower dose and end up having to run a second round of PCT.
I have decided to run 350ml/wk over a slightly longer period then the usual 500ml for 10-12weeks so i can experience lower sides and the results should be similar since i will be taking the same amount of test over the whole period.
I will be runing this in a few months, going to lower my BF% first, i plan on sitting around 5'10 170-180lb @ 10% at the start of my cycle.
I will also be getting bloods before cycle and after PCT so that i can monitor all my levels and be sure my body has fully recovered.

I would drop it down to 12 weeks @ 500mg/week. I just finished my 1st cycle like this and man, I wish I can go back in time and add D-bol. You'll see what I mean mid cycle

would defo do 500mg and people on here will bitch but i would add dbol at 35mg per day for 4 weeks! also if you have gyno in your mind you will worry about it all cycle as every body dose first time. do not us the letro unless you must as its like hitting it with a nuke with bad sides imo

No chance on the D-bol, firstly its my first cycle so i want to keep it simple and secondly i live in Australia and have no source.
Just curious what makes you guys say to run 500ml for 10-12 weeks as opposed to running 350ml for 16-18 weeks?
I realise gear is dose dependant but if you see that i have extended the cycle for a longer period which means i will be using the same amount of gear in total, running less cycles per year which means less amounts of toxic PCT and it will give me more time to utilize my first cycle and understand what works for me.
Also shutdown is shutdown whether i run a lower dose/longer cycle or a higher dose/shorter cycle. With a lower dose i will also see less sides and have less androgens in my blood at any given time, which means less likely to have massive blood pressure spikes or anything like that.
@ Matt, i appreciate the advice but im going to run this cycle. By the time i run the cycle i will be 23 years old and was an early bloomer, im not going blind into this cycle like alot of people do. I've spent a year researching it and by that i dont mean reading forums i mean finding out all the science behind everything, asking questions to friends in the field and ive read many books/scientific articles on test, pct, ai etc.
I also plan on getting bloods done before/after, i also have associates in anatomy, and I will be under doctor supervision.
Like i said im not going into this blindly, i've done the research, i plan on doing everything the most safe way possible and would appreciate some feedback with reasons why (if you would change anything).
