    New to website, looking for advice on first cycle

    Age: 25
    Weight: 134
    Height: 5'8
    BF%: 15-18
    Training experience: cardio/weight training for 5 yrs
    Goal: Trim off belly fat, tone all body muscles


    I'm thinking about trying my first cycle, am considering trying Anavar at 5mg/day for 10 weeks and am wondering what sides I should expect and what I should do for PCT, if anything at all?

    I would address your diet first before even considering AAS, from your stats you really need to redesign your whole diet and learn what to eat to grow and reduce BF.

    trim off belly fat? how much can you have at 135 lbs

    I just posted my daily diet in the diet forum I'm sure there is lots to critique. As far as how much body/belly fat I have at 134lbs the answer is really not that much, but it has been the hardest part to trim up and I would like to see some abdominal definition. I'm not interested in a body builder physique at all, more of a fitness model. Either way when I'm hitting the gym hard I actually sit around 129 with very little noticable BF, but still the stomach is the hardest part to clean up hence the reason deciding to try Var. I'm willing to take in all credible diet advice prior to starting a cycle and seeing how that goes first.

    Oops, I thought that was clear by the name, is there a way to identify that with out having to post it to my stats every time?

    LOL it was clear to me when she said she was looking to dose 5mg/day... LOL what dude does 5mg of var? Then again when she said she didn't think she had to do a PCT because of the obvious fact that shes a girl...

    To the OP, sorry I don't actually have any advice for you, but I'm sure a girl will chime in soon enuf.

    Most of the females have their names in pink - I think they do it somehow in the "new female member" forum?

    Post in the New Female Member Section and an admin will give you access to the female portion of this site.. It is hidden from men, thus why there are little to no females in this section. Honestly, they will probably be able to help you much more
