I hope it's okay to ask that here,

a 3 weeks ago i discovered a bacterium in my stomach who call
"Helicobacter pylori" i finished the treatment before 1 week and in the time of the treatment i did not take even a nutritional supplement and i want to start the cycle the question is if i'll take d-bol it can return the bacterium??

AAS can affect the immune system in different ways, but as long as you wait long enough that your immune system has normalized from the antibiotics, it won't make a difference.
