T3 and Clen while on cruise/TRT

I'm on the cruise part of my blast and cruise/TRT. Running 125mg a week of Test E. Thinking of leaning out a bit more and was wondering a little bit about T3 and Clen . How are those 2 compounds ran and cycled. I've read T3 can be run straight for up to 6 weeks and Clen is 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, but please correct me if my info is bad. Also what would the dosage of each be. Not sure if stats help, but 38, 195lbs 6'1", 11%BF. Clean diet during the week, falls apart on the weekends. I know I should do better, but thats not the answers I'm looking for. Also, what kind of sides should I expect?

I realize that and thanks for the answer that I wasn't looking for. I'm not a fool. I'm not trying to beat a bad diet. I'm asking dosage questions and sides. Of course if I'm adding a compound for cutting I'll tighten my diet up.

If you're not a fool then you'll realize that "tightening up your diet" is a longterm commitment if you want your results to stick.
