Fisrt Cycle ...never juiced before, help a brah out!
hello peeps new here. im going to talk a lil about myself just to explain my situation and my goals. Im 6'3 200 pounds. 18 years old ...before ppl come here and start hating and giving me comments like oh your too young to touch steroids or blah blah blah, yeah im pretty young but if peepl don't know they should take a walk outside and see that juice is more popular than protein shakes right now lol. anyways the reason i want to juice is because my genetics succcccck!!! i have had 3 personal trainers in the past and have had the best supplements and diets but my body just cant put on mass or gain lean muscle. I have done a blood test and checked out my heart to see if im healthy and if its safe. everything was good. I want to do a cycle to put on some weight and lose my stomach. Everyone is telling me to do test but to be honest iv heard it has too many sides. High BP is an issue because sometimes i have it , also my bodys reaction to stimulants is wack, when i take caffein my heart goes into supermode and its scary. So i dont want test ****ing up my heart rate....does test effect heart rate? my lipids were all normal in the blood test. Ppl also told me to either do Primo or Var. What do you guys think? and please be honest i dont want clowns putting funny comments lol. again i know im young-arnold juiced when he was 18, so did the whole army of russia and USA. cool story

You are young and ignorant.
If you blame genetics then you are lazy. Had the best diet and supplements? what were your macros? how did you train? I HIGHLY DOUBT you had the best diet and whatever else you are claiming.
And you wanna lose your stomach? so you can gain fat but not muscle huh? Laughable.
Your bodys reactions to stimulants is wack? your HR increases when u take caffiene? sounds pretty normal to me, hence the category of drug "STIMULANT!"
good luck gettin a boner after 25yo and with out a bag of viagra

I trained 5-6 times a week. Cardio every 2nd day in the mornings, weight training at night. day one Bicep and back 20 min cardio, day 2 chest and tri and abbs, day 3 20 min cardio shoulder and legs and abbs, repeated on weekly basis. i aslo changed my workout plans every 3 weeks to shock my body. My supplementation was iso whey protein before and after workouts. Iso gainer in the morning. Casein protein plus glutamine at night. Also took bcaa once daily plus multi vitamen. My diet was clean 250gms of protein daily around 4500 calories, 35g of fat. cheat meal once a week. Blaming my genetics makes me lazy? are you ****ing kidding me ! i dont find anything funny on how i have a belly, everyones different in genetics. when th e**** did i say i grew an inch and gained 15 lbs in 6 months?

Sorry man, at 18 years old you're not going to get any help here. You need to get over to the diet section and learn how to diet. Your genetics probably aren't as bad as you think; i've seen plenty of personal trainers who are laughable, I wouldn't pay them a penny. And you say you've had the best diet and supplementation - says who?
Get over there, post up one of your diets that you think was so great, and let's see what's doing.

Ur "training" is inexperienced BULL SH!T, plain & simple. And Lemonada8 is rite, how the hell can u put on a "belly" but not any muscle or lean mass if ur on such a perfect diet & training regime? I'll tell u how, UR BS TRAINER PUT U ON A BS DIET & A BS TRAINING REGIME!!!! Ur 2 yung, u hav a bad attitude & u hav lost ALL credibility here in less than 10 posts! Congrats. And only 250grams of protein?
Protein shakes are worthless compared to real food FYI

Hey man,
forget about juicing you just starting your path into bodybuilding....learn the basics, eat right and find shit out for yourself and im sure you will put some beef in there, and above all forget that whole personnal training stuff.

well respect to Gbrice 75 and J420.....The bear 79 and lemonada8 I dont have a bad attitude dont get the wrong impression its just so many people on forums act like people my age know nothing about what their doing or putting their hands on. I understand that you guys are obvs more exp and went throught the shit i want to go through but its fkn frustrating working out for 1 year and a half and gaining like 10 pounds of bs. Yeah protein shakes are nothing compared to food but personally i think my genetics are hard on me. Im not being lazy as im typing im bout to hit the gym with high motivation but i guess juicing isnt only about looking big or having a six pack. more about confidence and strenght for me. is there any advice you guys have towards supplements or workout plans. I respect all your comments and sorry if i insulted or offended.
