Was wondering winstrol and dbol have a short half life so if example someone took a tablet At 11pm and didn't get up until 10 the next day would the steroid still be working or what?

No. But this is why we stack orals with an injectable (usually test) base. You don't have to have a constant supply of Dbol or whatever in your bloodstream.
