    How do you go about being able to private message people on the forum?

    You have to achieve a certain number of posts in the regular forum. (I can't remember what it is. 50 or 75 maybe?) This is to protect people who come here looking fo sources, and PMing around. It's very easy to get scammed that way.

    I just checked the FAQ, it's 100 quality posts before you can PM. Best place is the Diet section, to get a feel for how to eat properly.
