Gyno problem on 2nd cycle

First cycle was sust 250 a week which was nothing and had no problem. On my 2nd cycle now of endropen test 550/week and deca 300/week. I'm not running an AI currently. My left nipple is kinda puffy, little sensitive, and I feel sort of a hard surface when I push down and rub. I just thought I would get this since first cycle went by fine. What should I do/get to reverse this and can I still continue my cycle. I'm on my 3rd week only running it for 10weeks. Appreciate the replies
