Did I pin in the right spot?

I'm really not fond of this location. My hand was shaky do to awkwardness, imbalance, and nervousness, the needle kept going back and forth in the muscle (never fully out though, there was always about an inch in there). I don't even know if this is the right location. Should I just do quad next time?

your ok. did you aspirate , what needle length you use?? tbh, i never hit glutes anymore, always was awkward, painful and messy. delts, quads, traps and pecs much easier. how many cycles have you done? and what age are you? no need for the plaster lol

Yea, but it was not a very good aspiration. It was too awkward with one hand. I used 1.5" 23g. First cycle. 2nd shot. My 1st shot was in the quad and it got infected (most likely because of bad gear). So I switched gear and switched spot. Thinking of pinning the quad next cause glute was just way too annoying.

I have an easy time with one-handed glute injections when I look in the mirror. Super easy. But I have been working on the courage to try other locations lately. I am always afraid it will hurt. When I pin a little to low in my glute (to avoid area I am afraid has scar tissue) the jab stings considerable more than when I go higher. Is it like that in the quads and delts?

Not trying to highjack the thread, I think my questions are very similar to yours.

Where do you pin on the delt? Front or side?
