    Peck Pinning?

    I see some of you pin in the pecs, this doesn't cause a ton of pain, or feel incredibly awkward? As if pinning yourself isn't awkward enough. I feel like i'd have a lot of trouble doing that. I'm also a big baby

    I don't mind it, no harder than pinning delts. It is a bit awkward at first but you will get the hang of it!
