Still lift if injection spot is still red and sore from 5 days ago?

    28 yrs old
    3rd cycle

rotated to a different pin site to quad. 1) injected at wrong angle (realized after), 2) used too big of a pin (all i had left was 1.5, 22 gauge but only went 1" in), and 3) part of what i injected was higher concentrate <deca 500>.

I know those are three main ingredients of a sore injection spot, but what i'm worried about is working legs as hard as i do and putting myself out there for further pain and injury. i have a small ghetto limp and definitely still hurts after last thursday (10/6). itches a little bit, but no solid red lines and no sponge feeling. suggestions?

    Thanks

yea, keep working out. I've had pain for up to 14 days. It's terrible, but it goes away.
