    Weight Loss Help

im 21 years old and about a 3 weeks ago i became disgusted with my body and how over weight i had let myself get. I decided it was time to make a life change and commit myself to Cardio at the gym and not just lifting, as well as a diet. since then i have lost 8 lbs. i do 20-25 mins of cardio 7 days a week and eat poulty and veggies (i have cut out carbs and sugars). with that said my appetite is still quite hefty and i have always had a sluggish metabolism, i dont expect weight loss to be over night but id really like alittle help to see some visible improvement to keep my motivation high. a friend was telling me about Winstrol ive read about it on here and i dont think thats for me. I was wondering if anyone had some insight as to if there is a good supplement/Steroid for weight loss or if i should just continue my regiment.

    Thanks

    WELCOME COOLKID!

Glad you are here wanting to know what would be the best thing to do. For now I would suggest learning to eat better first especially since you are only 21. You do not want to mess with your endocrine system since you have tons of hormones now and taking any kind of steroid could give you all kinds of side effects down the road.

Please come on over to the forum called Nutritional Resource and you will get some great help from the members who will help you get the body you want to have naturally. The secret to this is food. And once you build a great foundation you can then re-think your plan.

    Hope to see you there!

Hey! We all end up there sooner or later~

Well... Seeing as you are only 21 I wouldn't jump onto the steroid wagon just yet. 8lbs is 8lbs. And the fact that you did it on your own is great. DIET will be your number one priority for yourself. Without a strict diet you won't ever see the results you want to achieve. Yes, winstrol is a great cutting steroid. But I would worry about the diet/gym first. Get that all into check before you make a commitment like using the juice!!! Keep up the good work!!

Just continue ur regiment bro, ur on the rite track. If ur heart can handle it, I would suggest kickin ur cardio up to 45 min per session, I know the stamina / endurance may not b there yet, but it will come. Keep ur head up brother, you'll get there.

i appreciate the word of wisdom, but 8 lbs is literally only a Stone chipped off the Himalayas. Will this winstol help? and if not is there a supplement like ephedrine or hydroxycut or something that will fit my situation

    Welcome.

Being 21 you have more going for you than many of us.

Getting what you eat sorted out in the Nutrition section (as Slimmer said) will give you a HUGE jump start. You will be amazed at how fast you will change if you get a plan and stick to it.

Don't worry about steroids , they won't be much help to you at this point, or at this age. Follow the advice you receive here for a few months and you will probably be impressed.

At ur age, u risk doing significant, irreversible damage to ur Endocrine / HPTA if u use steroids . Not 2 mention, if u r as overweight as ur suggesting, the risk of gyno is much greater. Ur heart may not b able 2 handle any excessive caffeine or ephedrine rite now. What r ur stats?

I lost 75 pounds once and used a LOT of ephedra and many of the Hydroxycut-type products (when they still had ephedra in them). I loved them because they gave me energy when I was eating next to zero calories. I learned later than a starvation diet is horrible for your health...and it took a toll on mine for sure. They might make a small difference for you, but the money is probably better spent just buying good food.

Chicken, fish, brown rice, broccoli, asparagus, oatmeal, almonds, eggs and egg whites. Those things are like a miracle. The guys in the Nutrition section can get you losing weight in no time.

Ephedrine is great. Faster metabolism, great energy, better results, and more motivation.

In USA ephedrine can be bought in regulated amts. behind the counter at a pharmacy. It goes by the product name bronkaid.

Make sure to look into the stack. Ephedrine alone is nothing compared to a well regimented ECA. Albeit this isn't the correct forum to discuss that, regardless, goodluck!
