what does this mean?

this is going to be my first cycle, about to try some testosterone enan..

what does this right here mean though,

Cycle:
1 – 10 Enan 500mg/wk
7 – 12 Winny 50mg ED
1 – 15 Nolvadex 10mg ED
1 – 15 L-dex .25mg ED

Start PCT 1 day after last Winny injection / dose

where it says 1-10, 7-12, 1-15,1-15,
and also, where i am buying them from, it says:
1) 1 vial 5 ml (250 mg/ml)
2) 1 amp 1 ml (250 mg/ml)
3) 1 vial 10 ml (250 mg/ml)

those are all the products they offer, so if i was to cycle for 5 weeks, how many of #1's, #2's, or #3's i would need? whats the difference between an amp and vial?

Weeks 1 through 10, weeks 7 through 12, weeks 1 through 15 & so on................Get it? At 20 years old, u should just take advantage of ur already naturally hi Test. levels. U dont need steroids bro. What r ur stats?

6 feet, 215lbs, benching 285, squatting 475, curling 120..
i have been thinking about waiting til around 25 til my natural test plummets, but still, i believe im done growing. already got the beard going on and what not.

. and alright, so where it says "1 – 10 Enan 500mg/wk" so in total i would need 5000 milligrams of test enan?

If this is your first cycle, you might only want to do 500 - 600mg/week of Enan (or whatever Test you prefer) and drop the winny.

There are two things to know about the vials: how many milliliters (ml) are in the vial, and how many milligrams (mg) are in each ml.

So, for easy math, let's say you are doing 500mg/week. At 250mg/ml you would need 2 ml to equal your 500mg because each ml has 250mg in it. You can inject the 2ml once a week, or break it into two, 1ml injections a week. If you are taking 2ml a week, then a 10ml vial will last 5 weeks (but your last injection will be short because of inefficiency).

I am trying to help with the math, but for others to chime in on other things, you should give your stats and cycle experience. EDIT: I see you posted them above while I was typing.

Make sure you do a lot of reading so you know what you are doing, and that you should even be considering this.
