How to take Tamox/Nolva? capsules?

I used to read posts about ppl complaining about the taste n thought to myself, what a pvssy.. Fast forward to starting my pct with liquid nolva. The shlt tastes f'n terrible n burns/numbs for a good hour +...
I've seen people post about mixing it, but can you just put it in capsules? I have many empty vitamin capsules and was wondering if I could fill those up n swallow em.. Seems like it couldn't hurt right? anyone ever try this?
Would it be bad to have the liquid absorbed in my stomach as opposed to in my mouth?

Orange juice kills the taste man....sounds like you have straight alcohol and compound. Trust me, I take Anavar that way and Nolva. Roughly 3 1/2 cc's of Anavar will burn your throat out. Just grab some Orange juice and you will be fine, not that big of a deal.

You can use the empty gel caps. Fill,,swallow,,no taste.

I normally take a swig of milk, keep it in my mouth. Tilt head drop it on in and swallow quick. Sip the rest of the milk down. Usually barely taste it.

Definitely wouldnt just try to chase it. You still get that crap all on your tongue.

Let me elaborate on what I said w/ the orange juice...I mix it in with the Orange Juice....I would never spray that shit in my mouth again! lol Just shoot it in the juice and like CZ said tilt the head back and there you go.

not only that, capsulating liquid is MESSY!

either mix with a drink, chase as GB suggested, or chase with a tums to hopefully cut the burn.

Sounds silly 'bout the tums. Var gives me acid, and the tums helps.

been putting it in capsules and has worked like a charm.. they hold exactly 1ml and only take an extra 5-10secs to fill. I fill right before I swallow so the liq doesnt ruin the cap

May try OJ if I run out.
