    Supplements????????

    Using Tren , test and dbol ......can I take mass protein supplements to help bulk up? Does not matter?

    Yes you can. Obviously getting them from real foods is better but its okay to use em to bulk. I assume your talking about weight gainers? Please specify.

    Stay away from anything with creatine in it.

    nothing wrong with taking creatine on cycle, it works well with AAS. water retention can be controlled with diet

    Really? When I talked to BB's about it they say its a no no.. I guess it could be because they'd rather have less water since they compete. I don't suppose you would recommend running a high dose tho right?

    5g of creatine is all you ever need per day. i stay on creatine all year round, doesnt make me hold anymore water tbh

    Creatine will cause excess water retention I would save creatine for PCT to help keep gains. If you take creatine on cycle.

    Lol thanks man. Previously ran test p and tren A but sides were too bad off tren so I stopped 2-3 weeks in. Currently on my first real cycle since I didn't consider the other one as a proper one. Running Test Deca and Dbol . Been running AAS for about over a year thats when I took prop and ace.

    What about you? What are you running?
