Yes it is.
In any case, nobody can tell you how long exactly unless you undergo specific tests.
In my case for example the time almost doubled but the increase in cortisol was only 15%.
To make it simple, just use your ATP has a sign to stop your workout. If you eat correctly on cycle, with proper Kcalories, you capability to extend your workout will grow till a certain point where no "fuel" will be available anymore. So, a that time or even a little earlier, you should stop.
PS
I am not a fan a long workouts in spite of one's usage of exogenous testosterone administration.
I prefer to workout short and heavy but this is just me.
