Have all my gear ready to go but I want to make sure I do things right and build a solid base before jumping in. I'm an extremely atheltic guy but have been involed mostly in cardio sports such as volleyball, handball, and football for the past 2 years (with a little bit of lifting here and there of course). I just started going to the gym last week and picked up my old lifting routine from when I lifted consistently and heavy. I'm wondering what advice anyone has as to how long I should train before diving into a cycle so that I don't get to big for my own good and end up hurting myself.

Currently:
5'11
185lbs
30yrs old

Past (without gear):
5'11
198lbs
23-27yrs old

Cycle will be TEST-E 500mg/wk with a Dbol stack
