Eye sight going to shit, does aas effect eye sight?

Just started my cycle 3 weeks ago with 600mg test week 35mg dbol day and shortly after startin noticed my monitor was getting blurry so I have to change the position (closer) I view it from now to be able to see it and bus numbers are now blurry as hell when I am viewing them from far away.

Is this likely because I getting to that age?? (40) or because of my cycle??

Is this likely temp or permanent? Should I go and see an eye quack?

    Cheers!

You need to go have your BP checked. AAS raises your BP which can effect your eye sight.

if you are referring to diabetes, I would tend to agree but don't see a sudden dip in blood sugar levels having said cause effect. MS will also cause blindness but no mention of either diabetes or MS.

Thanks for your replies. I will get my BP checked and yes I tan, but wear tanning eye protection also color is still good, just blurry vision.

I am on a clean bulk so unlikely to have low blood sugers but my mate checks his so I will borrow his machine after the gym on Thursday.

Sounds like it might just be age, just don't want to buy glasses and find out that it is just a temp thing. I might have high BP as I can feel it has changed since on cycle, might have to knock out the caffeine or lower my dose. I'll see what the test tells me.

    Cheers!

go to the doctor, we arent doctors on here! the only thing ive read about causing eye probs is SARMs

no offence intended against you personally, but i dont understand how ppl think asking things like this here is going to provide a diagnosis, the body is a complicated piece of kit

The only things related to AAS that are known to directly cause vision damage are Nolva and Clomid (in large doses for extended periods of time).
Oh yeah, and SARM S-4 makes your vision greenish and causes temporary (I think) night blindness.

Thanks for the advice, I will be taking you up on it and I don't take any offence to your comments as I have forum filter on but it takes a couple of days to get in to see my doc and only 10 seconds to post a question to see if it is a common problem, which it doesn't appear to be. I will get everything check out by a pro, I work in a hospital so no problems there.

Getting old suck big hairy ****in balls.

    Thanks again for your advice.

    Whats up bloke,

For what its worth when I got to 40 was exactly the point at which I started having trouble with reading and monitors. As far as posting on whether its a common thing to have happen on AAS this to me makes all the sense in the world, if it was and it passed after the cycle then what the hell problem solved with no visit to the doctor. Or if you had been taking SARMS you would have been advised that its a common side and can sometimes be long lasting at which point you could make an educated decision on whether taking the shit was worth a small chance of permanent vison problems.

By the way (I know I will get blasted for this) I would not be suprized to find out that the resultant change in body chemistry from the sudden change in hormones, blood pressure etc. may exasterbate the natural change in vision that comes with age and that after the cycle you may find your vision has returned to normal...or rather the state of degradation that it was before the cycle.

Also if the test is affecting you the way it does many it may just be that all the extra time spent looking at porno on the internet (after the wife/girlfrieds is wornout) may be what is causing the change in vision ;-)

I doubt its the AAS use. I would see a eye doctor or family doctor. Could be high blood glucose levels or even high BP.
