being fat on steroids???/
I have a buddy that did a cycle of sust 250 about a year ago...we both did... but hes not fat but definitely like 25% bf.... so hes not in the best shape. But i see on here everybody discourages people over 15%bf not to do steroids .... im just curious as to why? i mean he looked good, they worked... his shoulders and chest got huge, he did have alot of acne compared to my little bit...although we both lost our gains due to lack of knowledge and bad pct but i didnt think it was bad for him... he loved it and it worked well.... i dont just thought id ask .....

Overwieght people generaly hav hi BP, AAS also raises ur BP, which in turn can lead 2 cardiac arrest (heart attack) Also, the likelihood & severity of gyno is greater.

The other issue to consider is the concept of bulking and cutting cycles. Its best to have low BF before you bulk, because your likely to gain bf along with the new muscle. Then you cut and bulk again. Did you friend drop any BF when he ran his cycle? Or did he stay chunky ?

I wouldn't say he looked great but for him it was an improvement and people definitely noticed and complimented him.

He got chunky again because he stopped working out and started eating bad .....but he ate almost perfect while cycling..I know this because he works for me...so obviously I know when he goes to the gym and what he eats ya know

He did cardio.....his problem is he works out in spurts....3-4 months on then stops for 6 then goes again and eats bad while he's not in the gym

Building and maintaining muscles is a life time dedication. It's a complete lifestyle. Your either in it 100% or not at all IMO.
On cycle or off cycle you still need to give 100% in the gym and the kitchen all year round.
