how important is very high intensity training when on the juice. I hear different opinions. Some say that it is not that important (we are not power-lifters) some say it give you the edge in your body etc etc...
Kai Greene trains super hard (or so it seems), others seem to train moderately hard and many seem to just breeze through the actual lifting.
Does intensity make all that a difference PRACTICALLY speaking? or is it just a solid combo of great diet, some training and the right juice. I do understand that that combo is hard work in itself and you have to know your body ....but still how hard should the actual lifting be ?
Till failure, super sets, rest pause, negatives, forced reps etc etc ....
thx
