how to deal with quad pins?
so two days ago i pinned my right quad with 1cc test prop gotta pin the left tonight
question is i can barely walk get up out of chairs walk up and down stairs etc
just so sore no redness or swelling or hot just pretty painful and its been 2 days
btw i used a 25g 1"
im just worried how im supposed to squat and do leg day

Is this your first time pinning quads? If so virgin muscles always hurt, just gotta man up lol. My first cycle was prop and I walked around the first week like someone had brutally beaten me. I personally hate pinning quads and only do them when all my other sites feel tender. It seems like everyone has at least one site that gives them problems. As for training legs just warms up slow and tough it out.

I do quads 99% of the time, I have only done glutes 4 or 5 times over the last 4 years on TRT. Maybe it's just virgin muscle. Do you inject fast or slow? If it takes you less than 30 sec to inject 1cc it's to fast IMO, I take over a full minute to do 1cc. Think about where the fluid is going, you are blasting it against the muscle by pushing the plunger hard causing a charlie horse or bruise.

i only do quads also. sometimes it does get sore i just deal with it

Only on trt for a couple months, but have only done quads. My last shot. got a small bruise by the injection site but no pain hardly at all. I inject then massage the area for a couple minutes. Using 23 gauge 1.5" but only using 1". I've found that firming the area and then inserting the needle made it easier. Using 1ml of test cyp for each injection. Take about 45 seconds. On quad I am inject 1.5" to the outside of the centerline of the leg.

I use 25g pins which may make a difference. I have never used anything bigger except to draw with. I brew my own crystal clear awesome gear so a 25g pin is plenty big.

i switched to 25g made a huge difference. and put needle on heating pad for about 10 mins.

if virgin muscle then its to be expected, you will get to a point where you'll barely notice PIP

I think your the only other person I have talked to that has said this. The topic came up at the gym today and the general consensus was quads and glutes are the easiest. Quads are about 50/50 for me. I feel like I'm always hitting a nerve. I still pin my quads occasionally though, I like to rotate quite a bit.
