First Cycle Sus250+Deca300
Hey Guys,
I know you get alot of new posts with first cycles and there is alot of criticism but ive got my head screwed on quite well in regards to training diet etc..
Personal stats-
24 years old
6ft4
101kg
Bf 10-12%
Training consistently for 16months
Cycle-
Week 1-12
500mgSustanon(250mg every monday and thursday)+300mgDeca(300mg on monday with sus pin)
Week 14-16
20mg Nolvadex daily
Week17
10mg Nolvadex daily
Diet/Supplementation-
Mesomorph Pre Workout immediately after waking up
8 Weet bix or Oats
WORKOUT
Protein shake with 2 egg whites and oats post workout
Brown rice avocado and tuna pre lunch
Chicken Breast with mixed unsalted nuts for lunch
Protein shake
Dinner-
Chicken fettuccine or
Chicken schnitzel or
chicken risotto
Peanut butter for snack after work with baked beans
Beef with sweet potato for 2nd dinner
Protein shake with 2 whole eggs and oats pre sleep
SLEEP
1/2 protein shake at 5:30 am middle of sleep.
the protein i use is a carb/WPI/WPC blend with branch chain amino acids. i also sup creatine monohydrate and take multivitamins and vitamin B (i also snack on alot of green vegetables and fruit between meals.)
Training-
Monday- legs/abs
Wednesday-Chest
Thursday-Back/Bis
Saturday-Shoulders/Tris
Let me know what you think and what gains i should expect or if my diet or cycle needs work, I know my PCT is average but its quite hard for me to source anything other than tamoxifen /nolva and friends with previous cycle experience say that this is enough for just a deca sus cycle.

Drop the deca and run the test for your first cycle mate, it will give us a better chance of seeing how your body reacts to aas...
You also need to work a little on your pct.....
