    Question about gear gains....

I know everyone is different of course as everyone's body is completely different. However I had a few questions:

    • Typically how long does your gains last from a 4-12 week cycle
    • Do you notice a huge difference in your body composition

That's pretty much it... I"m just really curious about the gear to be honest. I work out in Venice at Gold's. I been training hardcore for awhile now. But I'm just wondering what it's like using something like gear to enhance what I'm doing now.

Your going to have to post stats before anyone will answer your questions.

Well to give you a vag answer. I ran a 12 weeks cycle of Test E with Dbol as a jump starter. I shot from 175 to 195 and now Im about 185 after PCT. The 10lb I gained would have taken a year natural. I'm 6' and around 13% fat

in most instances if you take one cycle for 12 weeks, gain 20lbs, then 'keep' 10 of it and never cycle again... most likely you will eventually get back to your original weight unless you have a better diet and routine post cycle than before.

not sure if serious...unless you have completely maxed out your genetic potential, which realistically isn't even possible naturally, you will keep a good amount of gains post cycle for an extended period of time. i know a good number of people who don't know jack about proper nutrition and training, still looking swoll from cycles they did years ago.

i said in most instances. if your diet is the same pre cycle as it is post cycle whether it is good or bad, you will eventually end up in the same spot as you would if you did not cycle. there are rare exceptions but most of them are people who improved their workouts and/or diets post cycle and would be in the same spot if they only had the same regiment the whole time. i would love to believe that i could only take one cycle to get big and stay big, but we all know its not like that. your gains and strength dont go away over night but nature takes it course and you level back out eventually.

Don't conclude so fast buddy . I only come on the forum about once a week. Because I am busy working. However to answer your question I am weighing in about 175 LBS (8-10 percent body fat). I will be 28 soon. I just don't feel my body has been growing. I know this sounds funny, but it doesn't seem to be going anywhere. When I first started going my composition and muscle mass was improving. I was going up around 5 LBS every month in everything. Now it's like my body is just stuck. I eat nothing, but clean calories 7 days a week.

For me to get around 4-5 percent body fat. I have to do go down to 155 which is crazy. I am 5"11.

As for my nutrition I take protein shakes. I eat salmon, chicken, red meats, and etc. My diet also consist of a lot of complex carbs.

Then your diet is your issue. If you are siting at 8% naturally and trying to gain weight you obviously arent eating enough.

And who is getting around 4-5% bf unless they are doing a show?
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong
