    cardio during pct?

    Hey guys not sure if this has been covered before, tried searching but info seems inconsistent some say to do cardio in pct while others say don't. So just wondering because of the spike in cortisol and the body not been in an optimal anabolic state is it safe in terms of keeping gains and muscle mass to do cardio during pct? if so what intensity and duration would be recommended? reason I'm asking is because while keeping calories high I also want to avoid as much extra fat gain as possible during pct coming off a bulk (I've gone from 9% to 11% in my 12 week bulk).

    25 yrs old
    5'6
    198 pounds
    11% body fat (calculated using callipers)

    I'd try to avoid cardio. Just watch your diet to keep the fat off during PCT.

    20 min cardio 3x/week during pct here. Always after my workout though, never in the morning without eating

    ^ at what intensity do you do the 20 mins?
    If I decide to do any cardio I'll definitely supplement with bcaa and glutamine
