Try another scale or method for greater accuracy, keep tweaking your diet, and if pick up a shake mix for the wisdom pull down time.

Steroids will make you lose body fat and gain muscle even if you dont do anything. I read that by gjys who used in a lot of places. Of course, thats dumb, but still. I relate this to when i did pullups when i was 12 compared to 14. I could barely do 4 when i was 12 and i could do 10 at 14 easy. I didnt touch a weight or work out either. I wasnt even into aports, just riding my bike and choking the chicken. Haha. Ouch ouch...

thats pretty terrible advice... just saying... from what all the educational stickies say on here masteron is primarily for bulking and winstrol is more cutting oriented... the only thing you said on here that was smart was the running test with it part...

staying away from alcohol while on AAS has nothing to do with getting ripped,, you'll see results never the less...... the reason people say stay away from booze while on as well as during pct is because of the added stress your causing to your liver while its already being stressed by the AAS. just think of it this way.... how many steroids can you buy if you dont have to buy a liver transplant?? i would say atleast several. not trying to be harsh on you its just kind of asinine seeing someone brag about getting still getting ripped while drinking on aas.. because it means that you didnt take your health seriously enough to have proper precautions taken. but i understand most young people are invincible
