    First Tren Ace cycle and diet

    19% bf (I'm working on it)



    Was looking for some help here. I think my cycle is solid but I'm never confident in my diet so I wanted someone experienced to take a look. Everyone locally is of no help. So I recently read this article: www . bodybuilding. com/fun/berardi41. htm By using that calculator I am supposed to be targeting 4500 calories. This to me sounds insane but I figured it may explain why I haven't grown in a while even though I've been changing up my lifts on a regular basis. I'm almost certain I've never been eating enough. By using that guide I came up with the following diet. It still needs tweaking as there is a bit too much fat in some meals and about 500 calories too much but I'm working on it:



    DIET

    Targets

    4484 calories 450g protein


    MORNING SHAKE - protein/carb (8:30)

    200 protein scoop x2[50]
    290 oatmeal - 2 cups[12]
    105 banana
    244 2 cups fat free milk[17]


    BREAKFAST - protein/fat (9:30)

    200 egg x2[13]
    126 bacon x3[9]
    282 3 tbls peanut butter[12]
    fish oil tab x2


    MID SHAKE - protein/carb (12:30)

    200 protein scoop x2[50]
    244 2 cups fat free milk[17]
    105 banana
    420 handful mixed nuts and dried fruit[6]


    LUNCH - protein/fat (2:30)

    328 chicken breast[35]
    125 onions
    68 2 cups green beans
    225 can of tuna[26]
    fish oil tab x2


    PRE DINNER SNACK

    270 Cliff builders bar[20]


    DINNER - protein/fat (8:00)

    328 chicken breast[35]
    31 bell peppers
    30 lettuce
    226 cheese[14]
    62 sour cream


    PWO SHAKE - protein/carb (10:00)

    200 protein scoop x2[50]
    244 2 cups milk[17]
    290 oatmeal - 2 cups[12]
    200 32oz gatorade

    Calories= 5043 Protein= 395


    Ok so I'm just extremely worried about getting fat. I started this cycle to help me get my BF down, not raise it. I know this diet is for bulking, but I don't want to end up a fat, strong slob when its done. I'm trying to figure out if muscle mass or fat loss is more important to me right now and just can't decide.


    Here is my cycle:

    1-10
    280mg Test400 EOD

    1-8
    100mg Tren EOD

    3-14
    12.5mg Aromasin ED

    14-16
    6.25mg Aromasin ED


    PCT

    12-16

    Clomid 50/25/25/25
    Nolva 40/20/20/20

    HCG (not here yet, still researching dosage)



    Monday will be the start of my third week for this cycle, the tren and test should be in full effect by now. The tren has pretty much sapped all my energy so I'm not sure I could do cardio even if I wanted to. As far as why my BF is so high. I basically have about an hour block each day to get in the gym because of school and work. When it comes down to it I always pick lifting over the treadmill. I was thinking about somehow making my weekends cardio but haven't figured that out yet. I stopped drinking completely 5 weeks ago and gave up my social life to prepare for this cycle and am hoping I come out of this at 14% BF. If this diet is going to prevent that, please let me know.

    I hope this is not your first cycle. Bf is high, and your not losing any fat with that diet. I think you jumped the gun on this.

    how many cycles have u ran? id hold off on the cycle and cut down the bodyfat, jump on when ur lean out a bit. u wont like the results visually with this cycle at that high of bodyfat and with that diet you will gain more fat.

    Ok well you guys are probably right. Monday is week three so I can't just abandon it. Should I tone down the diet and figure out a way to incorporate 3 cardio days in? Or should I keep the calories high, go for Max gain, and then cut afterwards?

    This is the first thread I've ever started about a cycle. I've been going off local advice until very recently when people started contradicting themselves. I never thought to check online, but I definitively should have first. I Am starting to learn that local people don't seem to know anything. Thanks again for reading.

    What they mean is is this the first time you have used steroids ? If so, it's not a good idea especially to use Tren your first cycle. Yes you can stop the tren cold turkey. It's not advisable to cycle with that high of body fat and if you wanted to do things right you could stop, run a proper PCT and save it until you are ready.

    Sort out your diet in the diet section asap. Start doing moring cardio (low intensity) for around 40mins first thing in the morning on an empty stomach

    If its your first cycle, thats alot of gear you're running there. First cycles should be test only 500mg/week.

    I'll sort out my diet and add cardio immediately. This is my second cycle. First was test only.

    I can not seem to find the diet section....
