Sounds like a lot of useless sugar to me. Doesn't make sense to do it.

I should've linked this thread in my original post. Would've made more sense.

It is very interesting that on Jan-09-2012 your stats were: 23 yrs old- 189cm- 85kg, then today in this thread you posted your stats as : 25 years old 189cm 87kg. So in 6 days you aged 2 years and gained 4.4 pounds. Seems a little odd
Remember this thread?

not much difference from the preworkout drinks and a Sugar free energy drink... All have chemicals and crap thats made in a factory not good for us.
do i use Pre Workout... yes.. do i take gear? yes.. both are not good but we all have are vices.

idk what kind of baby drugs your friend does but he should get a refund, or let me try his pre workouts lol. Iv had sum with that have made me feel slightly euphoric i guess you could say while i was at the gym. Muscle spike did this to me and the pumps are awsome but the crash was not worth it IMHO

To the comment that pre-workouts are crap, I'd seriously disagree. Preworkout supplements such as Halo, NOXplode, Hemo Rage Black, Jack3d and etc. do a great job of keeping my endurance sustained during a full workout off gear. On gear there's no need. A supplement I enjoy taking currently is Gispari's Sizeon. I drink it throughout my workout to prevent my glycogen levels from crashing in the first place. This is all personal preference of course. On a side note, the OP didn't deserve all of the one-off pot shots that got him riled up to begin with. How about we save our androgen reception for the gym and give the kids the advice they ask for directly.

Not all preworkouts are crap but there are a ton that are.. You cant even pronounce half the chemical toxins they put in them. Do they work hell yes they work, tren and test work to but I know they arent the best thing for my body even though i still inject them.
Most energy drinks are just caffeine with vitamins , some taurine and carbination. I dont recommend the sugar filled crap but most of the sugar frees are on par with alot of pre workout supps.

Caffeine works as a dehydrator. For instance every cup of coffee you drink you need to drink three extra glasses of water. You should drink half your body weight in ounces a day. Tack on another six glasses to make up for the energy drinks. And for any other caffeine you drink.

Okay so here's my .02. I'm going to say this nicely so not to offend you.
You say that you're here to take the advice of people who know what they're doing. Several highly respected vets have told you that you're not ready for AAS. A large part of this is your size. You said in a post earlier that you don't adhere to a consistent diet. This is probably the reason you can't gain size. Forget the age thing....YOU NEED TO LEARN HOW TO DIET!!!! This is what's going to help you THE MOST. This is the reason you're on your 2nd cycle and you still look small. I can tell by looking at you and knowing your past cycle experience that your diet sucks.
The best advice I can give you is to head over to the diet and nutrition forum. List out your current diet and let us HELP you. I KNOW that it won't matter how many knowledgeable guys (it could be GOD) advise you to NOT use AAS right now...you're gonna do it anyway because you think you know better than everyone else...Fine. But at the very least get your ass over to the diet section so we can at least make it somewhat worth it to you. This way when you fvck yourself up at least you'll have something to show for it.
By the way....you posted this in the wrong forum as the is not AAS related.
