New on this forum i would like some advice there are so much info on the web but i would like some straight answer please

25 years old
5 feet 9
200 lbs muscular
Been training for at least 7 years
At least 5 day/week
I have never done any steroids and i don t know whats the best cycle
Injuries the my elbow tendonitis
Bench over 400lbs
Squat over 400lbs
I would really appreciate of you could help me reach my goal the recover from my injury and whould like to put a bit more muscle Thanks alot
